This was one of the best health and fitness experiences we’ve ever been a part of!

Gillian and Julian led us through exercise routines that absolutely made us sweat but also felt doable and approachable. The farm / nature scenery at Sarvodaya Institute is divine, and to get to participate in some farm work as part if our experience was a plus!

We then got to harvest some of the key items for making our outdoor feast!!

It was a dream!

Thank y’all so much for creating such an amazing, immersive, and healing experience.

Can’t wait to do it again.

Seriously—Farm Workout—is a must do.

The combination of natural, functional movement followed by a farm grown meal is the perfect pairing. You feel connected to your body, what you put into your body, earth, and best yet others. It’s a welcoming, non-judgmental environment that creates a space where you feel comfortable, safe, and have fun!

It’s suitable for all ages and all bodies. I highly recommend it.

Gillian and Julian are amazing. Their personalities shine and are highly knowledgable. I have been working with Gillian as my health trainer for the past six years. Seriously the best, so I was super excited to attend a farm workout with her and Julian.

“Gillian was my personal trainer from July 2016 to April 2018. This was my first time using a trainer and Gillian made my experience a great one. She is knowledgeable, professional, and communicates well. The workouts were never boring even though we saw each other 2-3 times a week. But what really makes Gillian stand out is her ability to work with the client and assess their needs and then incorporate activities into the workouts to achieve results.
