“I first started training with Gillian in early 2016 when I was getting ready for my June 2016 wedding. Working with her gave me confidence to wear my wedding dress with pride. For over two years we have focused on several fitness goals including strength training and agility. Gillian is a wonderful listener and an enthusiastic trainer. She strives to tailor workouts to my goals, regularly researching new movements and exercises to incorporate into our sessions. Most recently, Gillian has helped me with prenatal fitness. I am currently nine months pregnant and I attribute no small part of my physical wellbeing to her fitness expertise. She is intelligent, dedicated, and compassionate. These traits make her a wonderful trainer, she genuinely cares about her clients, and it is readily apparent that I am not her only ‘biggest fan’. Every other client I interact with has nothing but praise for her as a trainer and as a person. I would recommend her to anyone I know.”

“Gillian was my personal trainer from July 2016 to April 2018. This was my first time using a trainer and Gillian made my experience a great one. She is knowledgeable, professional, and communicates well. The workouts were never boring even though we saw each other 2-3 times a week. But what really makes Gillian stand out is her ability to work with the client and assess their needs and then incorporate activities into the workouts to achieve results. She was able to take my desired goal ‘to be stronger’ and work with me to determine the best ways to achieve that goal. Gillian introduced me to new workout techniques. She was flexible, modifying exercises so that they worked best for me. She has an amazing ability to motivate, pushing me out of my comfort zone without making me feel discouraged.
